An Arrest Made at Scrapbook Depot

The cuffs were put on and I knew I was going to be in big trouble. The papparazzi showed up! What a mess! Luckily, the Judge was very kind and lowered my bail. I offered him $700.00 and he let me out. Thanks to everyone that donated! It was a fun experience!

What's New Today?

Here are the new Bo-Bunny papers at a closer look! They are amazing with blues, purples, cream and some burgundy. All of the papers are glittery and there is a beautiful snowflake stamp that matches the set. Hurry in before they are all gone!

New Basic Grey!

These are the new papers from Basic Grey! I have a few favorites. The cupcake one is great and so are the pears. Many of the papers have smaller prints that would be great for using on recipe pages or cards. We also got the card kit for this line. They will be gone quickly! Come in so you don't miss them! The last few times we have gotten the card kits, they have gone within the first few days! Oh, one more thing, the lace paper is not only two-colored, but it is a bunch of borders! Awesome!

Cool Cards!

Cool Cards is one of our most popular classes. We have had a core group taking it for probably 4 years or so. Then we have new attendees almost every month. The class is offered twice a month so we can fit everyone in. We teach you how to use a variety of products. The best part is that one of the teachers represents many of the companies we carry. She always has the newest products and the newest techniques up her sleeve. Try a class!

World Card Making Day

World Card Making Day was a huge success. We got through 5 classes make-n-takes and lots of special orders. Here is a sampling of some of the cards. Let us know which is your favorite!

Our New Look!

Look what you can produce in a matter of just 5 minutes. A customer came in this morning to share her blog with me and it had a great background. She showed me where she got it. Look up in the upper left corner. Click on the name and you can get free backgrounds for your blog. I think we needed a little facelift. I will change the background every once in a while. If our blog looks different, and you like it, please comment on it. We just love to hear from our customers.
This morning we started the Cash for Cutting Clunkers promotion and we have had a lot of people come in and trade in their old trimmers for a discount on a new trimmer.

I still need to get batteries for the store camera. I just want to tell you that we got in a lot of new Jolee's. Some travel, baby, school, and much, much, more. Ooh! We also got in new Girl Scout and Boy Scout stickers. We also have a couple of new albums to match. I will send pictures as soon as I remember to get batteries. Hopefully, that will be soon!

A Quiet Morning

Since we are having a quiet morning I thought it would be a good time to let everyone know that the October calendar is finished and we are extremely busy in October. We kick it off with World Card Making day which is on Saturday, October 3rd. Then we have a Dymanic Domino class the following day. We have a few spots left in our popular Cool Cards classes on the 8th and the 14th. Then on the weekend of the 10th and the 11th we will have the San Carlos Art & Wine Festival on Laurel Street from 10am-5:30pm . This will also be store hours for those two days.
